Starzel is a river of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is a right tributary of the Neckar west of Rottenburg am Neckar.
Starzel is being built directly at Albtrauf at the European watershed, about three kilometres south of Hausen im Killertal. , a few dozen meters north of the hamlet Neuweiler, which belongs to Albstadt.
