The property is located as a corner building and head building of a closed group of three houses Nos. 3 and 5 at the beginning of Burgfreiheit and at the junction with Korneliusstraße, which marks the transition of the old arterial road into Mülgaustraße. The property is a two-storey plaster building with an eaves stand.
