The Asmussen-Woldsen Monument in Husum, also known as the Tine Fountain, is a central market fountain designed by Adolf Brütt, which with its bronze statue, the "Tine", is considered a landmark of the city.
In 1859, the wealthy woman from Husum, Anna Catharina Asmussen, and her cousin, the wholesaler and shipowner August Friedrich Woldsen – a great-uncle of Theodor Storm – founded the "Asmussen-Woldsen Legacy for the City of Husum". After the capital of the foundation had significantly decreased over the course of several currency changes, several properties, the Rote Haubarg near Simonsberg, and the Asmussen-Woldsen kindergarten are still part of the foundation's scope today.
