The DENA transmitter was a broadcasting facility of the German News Agency in Frankfurt-Seckbach, which served to disseminate press releases on the long wave frequency of 139 kHz under the call sign DCF39 in the teleprinter mode. The DENA transmitter used several 132-meter high masts. In September 1963, the facility burned down. After its decommissioning in the mid-1980s, the facility was demolished, but the tuning house with the execution insulator is still present.
