The Holdorf–Damme railway was a railway line in Lower Saxony, Germany, between the towns of Holdorf and Damme. It was managed as railway line 1562 by DB Netze.
The line was opened by the Großherzoglich Oldenburgische Eisenbahn on 1 May 1900. On 15 February 1952, passenger traffic on the line was discontinued. After the cessation of freight traffic, the line was closed on 1 January 1996 and dismantled in 2000.
