Fedderwardersiel is a village in the municipality of Butjadingen in the Wesermarsch in northwestern Lower Saxony, Germany. As the name suggests, the village is located near a zijl. It was built at the beginning of the 19th century on the Outer Weser. In the small harbour of Fedderwardersiel there are a few shrimp trawlers that sail under the port code FED. A small nature museum is located in the village. The harbour of the village also has facilities for pleasure boating. There is a holiday home park in the village. It can be reached by bus from Nordenham.
