The Hermeskeil train station is a train station in the town of Hermeskeil in the district of Trier-Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate. While it was an important transportation hub until the 1980s, it is now the starting/ending point of the Ruwer-Hochwald cycle path towards Trier and the Primstal cycle path towards Nonnweiler. After the closure of the Hochwaldbahn, it was still sporadically operated in museum traffic on the routes to Morbach/Bingen and Türkismühle; however, since August 31, 2012, there have been no more museum rides. A few kilometers behind the station runs the Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland state border.
The disused Hunsrück cross railway ran from Hermeskeil towards Thalfang and Morbach to Büchenbeuren and further to Langenlonsheim.
