Het station Hermeskeil is een station in de stad Hermeskeil in de Landkreis Trier-Saarburg, Rijnland-Palts. Tot in de jaren '80 was het een belangrijk verkeersknooppunt, nu is het het begin-/eindpunt van de Ruwer-Hochwald-fietsroute richting Trier en van de Primstal-fietsroute richting Nonnweiler. Na de stillegging van de Hochwaldbahn werd het sporadisch nog gebruikt voor museumverkeer op de lijnen naar Morbach/Bingen en naar Türkismühle; sinds 31 augustus 2012 zijn er echter ook geen museumritten meer. Enkele kilometers achter het station loopt de grens tussen Rijnland-Palts en Saarland.
De stilgelegde Hunsrückquerbahn liep van Hermeskeil in de richting van Thalfang en Morbach naar Büchenbeuren en verder naar Langenlonsheim.
