The Church of St. Gangolf is a Roman Catholic church dedicated to Saint Gangolf, located between Besseringen and Mettlach in the district of Merzig-Wadern, Saarland. It is owned by the parish community of St. Gangolf Besseringen and served as the parish church until the consecration of the Sacred Heart Church in Besseringen in 1909. Between 1901 and 1974, St. Gangolf also served as the convent church of a Capuchin monastery. Since the Saarland territorial and administrative reform of 1974, St. Gangolf Church, which until then was in the territory of the independent municipality of Besseringen, is now located in the municipality of Mettlach. In the list of monuments in Saarland, the sacred building is listed as a protected monument.
