Modenhübel is located at an altitude of 485 meters above sea level in Morsbach, a district of the city of Schleiden in the district of Euskirchen in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
Morsbach is located northwest of the city center and is accessible via Bundesstraße 266. From here, the Morsbach road of the same name branches off as a central connecting axis and heads north. It leaves the village and ends about 500 meters further on a hill in a cul-de-sac. The path is signposted Eifel-Blick. The second stage of the Eifel National Park Wilderness Trail leads through the Modenhübel.
