The Königsforst nature reserve in the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis is a large forest area in Bergisch Gladbach south of the A4 motorway and in the northern parts of Overath and Rösrath. To the west, it extends to the city limits of Cologne and there transitions into the Königsforst nature reserve. The nature reserve is part of the Bergische Heideterrasse.
