In a beautiful and quiet location in the district town of Coesfeld, there is the Kolping Educational Center. The building of the Kolping Educational Center Coesfeld was constructed in 1954 and was consecrated by the then diocesan bishop Michael Keller under the name Pius Colleg. As a bishop's boarding school, it was a good place for gymnasium learning and living for over twenty years.
