The Eichwald and Buschmühle nature reserve is located on the territory of the district city of Frankfurt in Brandenburg.
The area with identification number 1187 was placed under the nature protection regime by order of 16 May 1990. The approx. 234-hectare nature reserve, crossed by the A12, stretches south of Frankfurt's city centre along the eastward flowing Oder River and along the eastern border with Poland. To the west run the L 381 and the B 112, not far to the south is the Mittlere Oder nature reserve, with about 1443 ha.
