The Bleyen Office was a small Electoral Brandenburg or Royal Prussian domain office that was established in 1739. At that time, it belonged to the Königsberg district. The former office area is now located near the town of Kostrzyn nad Odrą in Poland, on the other hand in the municipality of Bleyen-Genschmar, Golzow district in the Märkisch-Oderland district, Brandenburg. The office seat was in Bleyen. The Bleyen Office was dissolved between 1821 and 1824. The former office ownership was recorded in 1840 under the Gorgast domain office.
The Bleyen Office was created in 1739 when the Küstrin Office, to which Bleyen had previously belonged, was dissolved. The two places Bleyen and Drewitz of the Bleyen Office had been part of the Order of St. John Lietzen since the 15th century. The places then came further along in history to the Order of St. John Quartschen. Already in 1540, Margrave Hans of Küstrin compelled the Order of St. John to cede the Quartschen Commandery, which in return received the Schivelbein Office. The majority of the Johanniterkommende Quartschen was then transformed into a princely office, the Quartschen Office. In 1556, Johann of Küstrin incorporated the Johanniterkommende Lietzen. In 1571, the Johanniters received the Lietzen Commandery back. However, Johann of Küstrin separated the two places Bleyen and Drewitz from the commandery ownership. He transferred Bleyen to the Küstrin Office or Castle Office and Drewitz to the Neudamm Office. Therefore, they did not return to the Order of St. John after the commandery of Lietzen was returned.
