Bühlow is a village and a former municipality in the Spree-Neisse district, in Brandenburg, Germany. Until its incorporation into Sellessen on 1 January 1974, Bühlow was an independent municipality.
Bühlow is located in Lower Lusatia and belongs to the official settlement area of the Sorbs/Wends. The core town of Spremberg is about two kilometres south of the village. Surrounding villages are the districts of Bräsinchen in the north and Bagenz in the northeast, Muckrow and Sellessen in the east, Weskow in the southwest, the city of Spremberg and Cantdorf in the south, as well as the Drebkau district of Rehnsdorf and the Neuhausen district of Groß Döbbern in the northwest. The former western neighboring villages of Groß Buckow and Klein Buckow were dredged for the Welzow-Süd opencast mine.
