Ostro is a village in the municipality of Panschwitz-Kuckau in Upper Lusatia, East Saxony. It is part of the district of Bautzen and is located in an area that is the birthplace of the Sorbs. The population was 279 in 2010.
The village is located in the southwest of Upper Lusatia, 5 km east of Elstra and 2 km south of Pantschwitz-Kuckau, and west of the valley of the Klosterwasser river. It is between 183 and 220 meters above sea level.
