The residential building at Ehm-Welk-Straße 24 is a listed building in the town of Lübbenau/Spreewald in the district of Oberspreewald-Lausitz in the south of the state of Brandenburg.
The building is located in the old town of Lübbenau, between the Spreewald Museum and St. Nicholas' Church, and is part of the "Ensemble Marktplatz" monument. The house was built in 1772 and is therefore one of the oldest buildings in the city. The building is a one-storey half-timbered building with a hipped roof. The building, built in the Baroque style, is now part of a row of houses, originally it was probably independent. In 2000, the house was completely renovated. It was only during this period that the historic half-timbered façade was discovered, before the house was plastered.
