The nature reserve Kleine Röder is located in the area of the town of Bad Liebenwerda in the Elbe-Elster district in Brandenburg.
The area with the designation number 1623 was placed under nature protection by regulation on June 1, 2011. The nature reserve, which covers around 385 hectares, extends southwest of Zeischa, a district of Bad Liebenwerda, along the Kleine Röder, a left tributary of the Großen Röder. The state road L 64 runs to the west, east, and through the area, and the L 593 runs to the east. The state border to Saxony runs along the southern and southeastern edge of the area.
