The nucleus of the representative townhouse dates back to the second half of the 17th century. The two-storey building, built in solid construction, is covered with a mansard roof. On the street side, there is a central risalit with two axes. At the end of the 19th century, the design of the plaster façade was changed. There is a door on the left.
In the local register of monuments, the community centre is registered as an architectural monument under registration number 094 35266.
