The Zwenzow Lock is a lock located at kilometer 92.50 of the Upper Havel Waterway in the south of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte district in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The lock connects Lake Useriner with the Großer Labussee. Next to the lock, there is a boat ramp with a slip cart for water hikers, as well as a fish ladder that connects the two lakes. At 80 meters long, the lock is the longest in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Since Lake Useriner may only be navigated by motorboats with special permission, the lock has little significance for shipping. The responsibility of the Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration ends in the tailwater of the lock.
