The Protestant town church of Delitzsch is a Gothic, three-nave, four-bay hall church from the 15th century. It was built starting in 1404, incorporating the lower floors of the west tower of a predecessor structure that may date back to the end of the 12th or the beginning of the 13th century, from which a Romanesque arch frieze has been preserved on the west wall and inside the northern tower extension.
