The Ebern railway station is a single-track passenger station in the Lower Franconian town of Ebern. It is located at the head of the railway line from Breitengüßbach to Maroldsweisach, which was opened in 1895. Since 2004, the Ebern station has been the terminus of this line.
On October 24, 1895, operations on the railway line from Breitengüßbach to Ebern commenced, and on October 26, 1897, an extension of the line to the 17 kilometers distant Maroldsweisach was also opened. In addition to passenger traffic, there was also extensive freight traffic on the line due to the gravel works in Maroldsweisach and Voccawind.
