The nature reserve In den Seeben is located in the districts of Hildburghausen and Schmalkalden-Meiningen in Thuringia. It extends southeast of Behrungen, a district of the municipality of Grabfeld. The state border to Bavaria runs along the southern edge of the area, while the state road L 3029 runs to the east.
