Lüsche is a village and a former municipality in the district of Gifhorn, in Lower Saxony, Germany. Lüsche also owns the Auermühle estate, which is located outside the village.
Lüsche lies in the northeastern part of the municipality of Steinhorst, 4 km northeast of the main town of Steinhorst. Three kilometres east of Lüsche runs Bundesstraße 4.
500 m east of Lüsche runs the Lachte, a tributary of the Aller about 38 kilometres long.
East and south of Lüsche lies the 1090-hectare nature reserve Obere Lachte, Kainbach, Jafelbach.
