Braken and Harselah is a nature reserve in the municipality of Harsefeld and the municipality of Ahlerstedt in the Samtgemeinde Harsefeld in the district of Stade.
The nature reserve with the designation NSG LÜ 175 is about 583 hectares in size. It is almost completely designated as an FFH area "Braken", which extends over 639 hectares. 95.9 hectares are designated as natural forests. The area has been a nature reserve since 16 September 1989. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Stade.
