The Stenumer Holz is a forest area and nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Ganderkesee in the district of Oldenburg.
The nature reserve with the designation NSG WE 311 is about 96 hectares in size. It is practically congruent with the FFH area of the same name. The nature reserve borders in the southwest on the landscape conservation area "Stenumer Holz", which has been merged into the nature reserve in the area of application of the nature conservation ordinance. Within the nature reserve are the natural monuments "Grabfindlinge im Stenumer Holz" and "Dicke Eiche Stenum". The area has been a nature reserve since 15 December 2018. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Oldenburg.
