Delhoven is a district of the city of Dormagen with about 4,300 inhabitants. It is located in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Delhoven is situated in the western area of Dormagen and is bordered on the eastern side towards the city center of Dormagen by the Wildpark Tannenbusch, a wooded recreational area with a zoo. A 2.5 km long fitness trail for jogging or walking, equipped with various exercises, runs around the zoo. Another green space is the Geo-Park of Tannenbusch with rock exhibits and two quiet bodies of water. The Tannenbusch is a former Rhine dune that until 1974 consisted of several scattered forest parcels, a heath, wasteland, and low-value farmland. The southern boundary is formed by the Knechtstedener Forest, in which a riding path has been established.
