Holterhöfe is a small, partly rural village in North Rhine-Westphalia, which is divided between the district-free city of Krefeld and the town of Willich, which belongs to the district of Viersen.
Until 31 December 1969, the whole of Holterhöfe was a district of the former municipality of Willich. In the 1960s, children from the western part of the Holterhöfe needed a special permit to be allowed to attend the then elementary school or elementary school in nearby Anrath. By telephone, part of the area belongs to Anrath.
