Cultural Center Frenkings Hof Appelhülsen

The Bürgerzentrum Schulze Frenkings Hof is a facility for citizens, associations, organizations, etc.
It is available for theater, concerts, exhibitions, and all other cultural events, as well as for conferences, congresses, seminars, and also for celebrations and festivities. Public institutions can use the building, as can all citizens, private companies, organizations, and groups from near and far.
This especially applies to associations and clubs from the region.

The Hof Schulze Frenking can look back on a history of around 1000 years. From the first documented mentions in 1022, a typical Westphalian moated farm developed, which holds central importance for Appelhülsen.
In the 1980s, the municipality of Nottuln acquired the farm and converted the historical building substance into a Bürgerzentrum. In 1988, the farm could be handed over to its new purpose in the immediate vicinity of the church.
