The Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady is located in Eversburg, a district of the city of Osnabrück in Lower Saxony. The parish belongs to the parish of St. Peter's Cathedral in the Osnabrück-Stadt deanery of the Diocese of Osnabrück.
The foundation stone for the basilica was laid on May 22, 1922, and it was inaugurated on December 8, 1923. From the gable roof of the nave of the nave rises a slate-covered turret in the west, which consists of a square lower part on which sits an eight-sided cylindrical attachment with sound arcades and the dial of the tower clock, covered with a flat tent roof. The recessed choir is adjoined by a semicircular apse. At the eastern bay of the nave there is a transverse arm to the south. Further extensions are located on the north and south sides. Both the clerestory and the side aisles have arched windows.
