Dinkelsteen V
During the LAGA-2003, 13 sandstone sculptures were placed along the river Dinkel through an art project, initiated by Anke Engels, so-called Dinkelstones (Dinkelsteine). These stones were placed along a 13-kilometre stretch between Epe and Losser, always as close as possible to the river Dinkel. Later, these were supplemented with 12 more Dinkelstenen as far as Beuningen.
This is Dinkelsteen-V made by Benedikt Surmund and is called Offene Ohren.
"Naturally limitless", the motto of LAGA 2003, applies in particular to sound and tone. "Open your ears" and listen to each other when it leads to contradictions. In this way, people live much more tolerantly with each other.
