The Heimat House in Marbeck has developed into the center of many activities of the Marbeck community life. This goes far beyond the events of the Heimatverein Marbeck. The Heimat House, with its farm-like character, is also a popular meeting point for external guests. In summer, it is open to visitors every Sunday, during which coffee and cake are also served. The exact opening hours can be found in the respective annual program of the Heimatverein.
Below, we present some milestones in the development of the Heimat House.
After the Pättkesgruppe had established various hiking trails, it soon took on other tasks. Old sheds and barns were demolished. Many diligent helpers were always on hand.
