Founded in 1954 by master baker Heinrich Köbbe and his wife Irmgard, our bakery is now being run by the third generation. Since 1999, Heinrich and Irmgard's son Heribert and his wife Antonia have been operating the bakery, and in 2011 their son Heiner also joined the business. In over 60 years of existence, our family business has not lost sight of the traditional roots of the baking craft, despite constant expansion and modernization. The artisanal baking tradition continues to be our top priority.
