Lambsbachtal Runde

A varied and natural tour of approx. 8.5 km in length with forest passages and paths through the Homburg University Hospital of Saarland. In addition to the shady forests on the Ebersberg and Roßberg, for example, the tour is also characterized by the stream that gives it its name, the Lambsbach.

The Lambsbachtal Runde is a varied and somewhat more challenging hiking trail with the Wohlfühlhotel Rabenhorst and the Emilienruhe as perfect places to stop for refreshments. The route often runs along asphalt and gravel paths and passes the busy L 213 country road twice, so the hike is not necessarily recommended for families with small children. Dog owners should also keep a watchful eye on their four-legged friends along the country road. The tour runs mainly through the forests of Ebersberg and Roßberg and at the beginning through some streets of the Saarland University Hospital. Passing surgery and anatomy and cell biology, the hike then only runs through forests and occasionally past meadows until it arrives back at the helipad.
