Dyke walk along the River Havel

This tour has a definite Nordic feel to it: it is a nice change from the walks through forests and heathlands that you will have undertaken elsewhere. From the old railway station (Alter Bahnhof) in Roskow, the route first follows the old railway embankment to Weseram. After Weseram you then finally immerse yourself in the natural environment of the Havel river landscape and can explore this further as the circular tour continues.This dyke walk is very suitable for dogs: the only traffic is on the village roads. Otherwise, the tour is mostly on cycle paths and is very quiet.
