Houseboat tour from Rechlin to Zehdenick

Surely, they are already dreaming of fairytale castles and green canyons, of art treasures and industrial culture, of plenty of sunshine and the wind blowing through their hair.On the second day, a visit to Mirow Castle is recommended - a true treasure trove for history and art history enthusiasts, but also for those who simply want to enjoy the ambiance. From Mecklenburg, the journey continues to the Brandenburg Lake District - the Marina Boat City Hafendorf Rheinsberg or the centrally located Rheinsberg marina are recommended as mooring options for the next two nights.The entire third day is dedicated to exploring the princely town of Rheinsberg: simply stroll through the castle park or visit the former Crown Princes palace, indulge in delicious homemade ice cream or admire the arts and crafts treasures at the ceramic museum - the guests have a choice.On the morning of the fourth day, the journey continues through the Rheinsberg lake chain. Lakes, rivers, canals, and several locks lead towards the Havel waters. The destination is the Marina Fürstenberg in the Water City Fürstenberg/Havel, alternatively the pontoon of the Yacht Club.Day five offers various options again. Historians may opt for a visit to the Ravensbrück Memorial, while sun worshippers can stay on deck with their favorite book. Towards evening, a short journey to Himmelpfort can begin, where you can dock at the pontoon of the Stolpsee boathouse.In Himmelpfort, the morning of the sixth day is reserved for a visit to the monastery ruins and the chocolate factory. Then the journey continues through the Havel paradise - meandering pictorially with many locks - to the next stop, the Marina Alter Hafen in Mildenberg.The entire following day can be spent at the brickworks park, a huge industrial heritage open-air museum with several exhibitions on the history of brick production. Because there is so much to see and experience here, the day will surely be long.
