Canoe tour on the Finow Canal

The canoe tour along the Finow Canal leads through an idyllic landscape. Along the way, paddlers gain exciting insights into the industrial, cultural, and construction history of this historic waterway. Twelve hand-operated locks are located along the route, which initially runs along the Langer Trödel - a particularly charming and untouched section - through the former fishing village of Marienwerder, further on to Finowfurt and Eberswalde, and finally to the Niederfinow Boat Lift.The impressive boat lift overcomes a height difference of around 36 meters, and a trip through it is a very special experience and the highlight of the canoe tour.
