KJ7 4-Täler-Tour

With few inclines, this natural tour leads along orchards and vineyards through the floodplains of the Kocher, Neckar, Sulm and Brettach rivers.

With sections on the Kocher-Jagst Cycle Path, Neckar Valley Cycle Path and Württemberg Wine Cycle Path, the 4 Valleys Tour is a short round trip on the well-known long-distance cycle paths in the connoisseur state of Baden-Württemberg.

A cycle tour that not only nature lovers and wine enthusiasts, but also cyclists interested in history will get their money's worth. From the starting point at Brettacher Mühle, the route initially heads downstream: along the Brettachtal cycle path to Neuenstadt and then along the Kocher-Jagst cycle path to the Neckar.

Now the route heads upstream, where the gradient is barely noticeable. In Bad Friedrichshall-Jagstfeld, you switch to the Neckar valley cycle path and turn off into the Weinsberg valley in Neckarsulm. The Castle Road Cycle Path and Württemberger Wine Cycle Path lead through the Weinsberg Valley along the small river Sulm back to the starting point.

Between Lake Breitenau and Langenbrettach, this cycle tour has a short hilly section. If your calves are already tired, take the S-Bahn between Obersulm and Bretzfeld at the transition from the Sulm valley to the Brettach valley and avoid the only significant ascent on the 4-valley tour.
