The information boards along the approx. 8 km long nature trail give visitors an insight into the ecology and special features of the local flora and fauna

The circular trail starts at the outdoor pool parking lot in Bad Teinach and runs past the mini golf course above the spa gardens, with the large waterfall, to the "Verkehrte Häusle", then on the opposite side of the valley to Wilhelmshöhe, crossing the valley to above the cemetery and from there the nature trail follows the Alte Rötenbacher Steige in the direction of Zavelstein. In Zavelstein, it is worth making a detour to the beautiful "little town" with the castle ruins and St. George's Church. Along the castle path, we branch off into the Aischbach gorge towards Adolfshöhe. From Adolfshöhe, we descend via Sommenhardter Weg to the finish point at the outdoor pool parking lot.Signposting and trail network of the Black Forest Association.
