The best way to experience Lake Constance is on two wheels.

You can follow the signs for the Lake Constance Cycle Path - the cyclist with the blue rear wheel - for 259 kilometers.
On the route of the Lake Constance Cycle Path, you have the opportunity to cycle around the entire lake.

You cycle on mostly asphalted paths through three different countries and past numerous highlights.

Experience the beautiful old town island of Lindau, the unique backdrop of the Bregenz Festival stage, beautiful villages with colorful half-timbered houses such as Stein am Rhein in Switzerland, the Lake Dwelling Museum and the landscapes on the northern shore of Lake Constance, which are characterized by fruit and wine growing. Again and again you will see the Zeppelin gliding in front of the enchanting Alpine panorama. Take time out to watch the ships glide along the glittering water and enjoy the varied lake landscape.

As the cycle path mostly runs close to the shore, there are plenty of opportunities for a refreshing dip.

Decide for yourself at what pace you would like to cycle around Lake Constance. The most common way is in five stages. This gives you around 50 kilometers of cycling per day. This gives you enough time to enjoy the beautiful lake landscape in a balanced way.

If you don't want to miss any of the attractions along the way, we suggest that you opt for the more leisurely option with only around 30- 40 kilometers of cycling per day. With this variant you cycle around the lake in eight stages and have enough time for a varied varied program in addition to cycling.
