This beautifully situated hiking trail along the fields and forests of Siegelsbach invites you to enjoy activities in wonderful surroundings.
Idyllically nestled in the picturesque hilly landscape of the Kraichgau region, the municipality of Siegelsbach lies on a high plateau near the Neckar river.
The Fünfmühlental valley lies just outside the municipality. A wonderful local recreation and hiking area that is suitable for excursions of all ages thanks to its easily accessible paths. In addition to the idyllic landscape, the five preserved mills make this tour worthwhile. Near the entrance to the Fünfmühlental is the preserved ruin of a Roman building, which was part of a Roman estate ("villa rustica") around 1800 years ago.
Tip for an excursion - the historic Krebsbachtalbahn
You can take a trip back in time between May and October. During this period, the historic Krebsbachtalbahn runs with the "Uerdinger Schienenbus" on Sundays and public holidays as an excursion service. The route runs from Neckarbischofsheim via Siegelsbach to Hüffenhardt.
