WT3 Kleine Hügeltour durch Wiesen, Wald & Weinberge

Small circular hiking trail through meadows, forests and vineyards around Neckarsulm's local mountain, the Scheuerberg.

This short hilly tour involves a few tough climbs - but they are well worth the effort. The reward is a great view! The Neckar valley and the Hohenlohe plain a little further on can be admired from afar. In the former castle grounds on the Scheuerberg, a secluded bench invites you to linger - from here you can let your gaze wander far across the Zabergäu and over the Weinsberg valley.A little further on is the Schweinshag area with a great forest playground and barbecue facilities. The route continues in the wooded section, partly on narrow, near-natural forest paths. The last third of this hike zigzags gently through a varied landscape of orchards and vineyards back to the starting point.

Before heading home, it is worth making a detour to one of the cultural highlights in Neckarsulm. For example, the German Two-Wheeler and NSU Museum. It has been documenting the history of two-wheelers in their various forms and the development of the NSU brand for decades. At Stadtmuseum Neckarsulm, a cultural experience space has been created that takes children, young people and adults on a multimedia journey through time into the past.
