Directions

After visiting the sights of Burg, you start your circular route here with the centerpiece Havelsche Mark. You cycle on quiet country roads from the Burg district of Schartau to the Elbe ferry to Rogätz. Breathtaking view of the Elbe! After the ferry crossing, follow the western course of the Elbe Cycle Path towards Bertingen. A break in the Indian teepee village is worth it here.

From the high bank of the Elbe at Kehnert and Sandfurth, you enjoy a breathtaking view of the eastern Elbe Jerichower Land. Ringfurth, Polte, and Bitkau (switch to the dike here) lead you to the second ferry crossing to Ferchland. After crossing the Elbe, you are in Ferchland. Here you can see the Parey lock! You cycle on the Elbe dike to the Zerben dike exit. Now you pass the Burg district of Parchau back to the city of Burg.
