Directions

From the starting point, we turn left and walk up through the pretty half-timbered settlement Glashütte. At the edge of the village, we turn right and continue at the next intersection onto the wide gravel path following the sign Waldrand Lamspringe.
On the hiking map of Leinebergland, this path is marked with an L (Leineberglandweg). We stay on this path (always straight ahead), passing by Leopoldstein and Jägertanne, and crossing intersections with various hiking destinations.
After a short descent, we reach the forest edge with a view to the right of Lamspringe. We now walk left along the forest edge (trail markers Gabelweihe and Pilz) until we reach the hiking parking lot Schwarzes Holz (playground).
We continue through the forest towards Ziegelhütte.
At Ziegelhütte, we cross the L 466 and turn left down along Schlörbach and the L 466 towards Glashütte. We then return to the starting point of our hike.

Directions

Exit the A7 at the Rhüden exit. Follow the signs towards Lamspringe on the L 466 to the Glashütte hiking parking lot.

From Bad Gandersheim/Alfeld/Freden.

In Lamspringe, exit the roundabout towards Bodenburg/Hildesheim. Then take the turn towards Rhüden L 466.

Follow the road to the Glashütte hiking parking lot.
