Tour de Waldkirch - Ost: Familientour

Varied circular hiking trail in and around the organ town of Waldkirch with many sights and viewpoints along the way. Shorter variant for families.

From the market square, we walk a short distance along the Kandelhöhenweg to Dettenbachstraße, which we follow to the "Wisserwand" station. Now follow Wisserwandstraße uphill and immediately turn left into Tannenweg, cross Erlenweg and continue to "Brünneledobel". After a few meters on the Kandelhöhenweg, we turn left onto a rather narrow forest path that leads us to the water lily pond, a nice place for a short rest.

Continue to the hang-glider landing site, where you will also find the stamp station. Via the stations "Vor Eschbach", "Auf der Hohe" and "Papiergässle", we descend to the Elz, cross it on the "Jungfernsteg" and walk leisurely along the Elz to the Jünglingssteg and are already back at the starting point of our tour.
