This cycle route has succeeded in connecting two beautiful river landscapes from a cyclist's perspective. The 57 km Main-Neckar Cycle Path leads from Miltenberg on the Main in Bavaria to Mosbach-Neckarelz on the Neckar in Baden.
The cycle route runs from Miltenberg via Amorbach with its former abbey church and baroque organ, on via Kirchzell-Buch through the idyllic Mudbach Valley to Mudau, where the highest point of the tour is reached at 456 m.
The state-approved resort town and its districts offer numerous sights that are well worth a detour.
From Mudau, the route then continues via the so-called Wanderbahn (a former narrow-gauge railroad) to Mosbach on the Neckar river.
