Wälder, Weiher, Weinplateau in Oberderdingen

We start at the parking lot and after approx. 150m follow the ascending path to the left, marked with a "2". Follow the "2" in the forest up to the Ölmühlekopf. At the boundary stone, we turn left and after approx. 1 km reach the L 1103, which we cross to the Kraichsee hiking parking lot.
Follow the red dot to Kraichsee, pass it on the right, up to the "Sieben Buchen". From the hut, follow the blue dot down to the right towards Bernhardsweiher. At the fork, follow the red dot or "1" to the right. Climb up the steep footpath (steps with wooden railings) and walk along the edge of the forest to the wine plateau on the Derdinger Horn. Hikers can expect entertaining and informative facts about viticulture on the wine plateau. The "Hornsträßchen" takes you downhill towards Oberderdingen. Where the path is flat again, we turn right at the crossroads, then continue straight ahead until we turn left at the T-junction below the vineyards and after a short time come to the L 1103. We cross this and take the sidewalk on the other side of the road to the junction with the little road "Zur Ölmühle". Pass the oil mill and follow the first path to the right back to our starting point.
