Heedekornweg - Calauer Switzerland

The circular route named after a regionally typical crop plant - Heedekorn (buckwheat) - stretches between the Niederlausitzer Landrücken ridge and the Calauer Schweiz. Almost 60 meters of altitude difference have to be overcome on the tour. This is remarkable for the Niederlausitz region, but means relaxed hiking and full enjoyment for all senses for the guest: from frog concerts at ponds, the silence in vast forests, discoveries in cozy villages, and of course, buckwheat pancakes. The 43-meter-high clinker tower on the high plateau allows a view far beyond the hiking area.
