Brettachtal-Radweg

Along the small Brettach river through the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park to where it flows into the Kocher river.

Starting in the wine-growing village of Geddelsbach, the Brettach Valley cycle path takes you through green valley meadows, past natural orchards and fertile agricultural areas with only a few climbs. On your tour, you will pass small villages that are characterized by fruit and wine growing. Always at your side: the little river Brettach.

The tour takes you via Langenbrettach to Neuenstadt am Kocher, where you can visit the museum in the gate tower, the lime tree complex and the ruins of the Helmbund church. If you would like to extend the tour, you can continue along the Kocher-Jagst cycle path.

Note for racing cyclists and families with children: At Langenbeutingen, the route follows a gravel path for around 1 km.</p
