A varied cycle tour over the densely wooded Stromberg ridge and through the vineyards of the Zabergäu region.
After cycling from Sternenfels through the forest and past Leonbronn, you will reach Zaberfeld. The municipality is located directly on the two beautiful reservoirs Ehmetsklinge and Katzenbachsee.In addition to the community garden, the Sternenfels Renaissance castle dating from 1618 is also worth seeing. You finally reach Pfaffenhofen via Weiler an der Zaber. South of the town, on the crest of the Stromberg, lies the White Quarry, an important fossil site from the Keuper, with a viewing platform in front of it.
Past Güglingen and Frauenzimmern, the route leads to Botenheim and finally to Treffentrill. The adventure park and Tripsdrill animal park are also located here. You also have a beautiful view of the Michaelsberg and the surrounding vineyard landscape. You then return to Sternenfels and your starting point via the Rennweg, past the Blankenhorn ruins.
